NEWCASTLE

1/ Noah's on the Beach Newcastle will be having a Valentine's Day special offer which includes a Seafood Tower & Dessert Tasting Plate combination for $129 for two people. If you would like to add lobster, it will be an extra $49.50 for two. Bookings essential. See here for details.

2/ Lizotte's restaurant will be having a dinner and show by band 19-Twenty, this Valentine's Day evening. Enjoy 2 courses and the show for $77 per person, or just $35 per person for the show. See here for details.

3/ Nova Cruises Newcastle will be hosting a romantic Valentine's Day Dinner cruise on Newcastle Harbour aboard the M.V. Princess. There will be appetiser platters on arrival, a hot and cold buffet and a selection of artisan cakes for dessert. There will also be live entertainment by singer Steve Porter. Tickets cost $79 (adults), $74 (concession), $45 (child up to age 17). See here for details.

4/ Meet restaurant on Darby Street will be having an "all you can eat" Churrasco, influenced by the flavours of south Spain. (Churrasco is grilled or barbecued meat, cooked on over wood or coals on skewers). Diners will also be serenaded by ARIA nominated Spanish guitarist player Damian Wright. See here for details.

PORT STEPHENS

7/ The Anchorage Hotel in Corlette will be hosting a Valentine's Day 6 course dinner which features two courses of seafood and a glass of Champagne Veuve Clicquot. The night also includes a rose for your Valentine. The cost is $165 per person and there is also a "stay and dine" accommodation deal available. See here for details.

8/ Moonshadow Cruises
will be having a special Valentine's Day Twilight Dinner Cruise, with appetisers on arrival followed by a modern Australian buffet featuring a large variety of seafood, Hunter meats, vegetarian options and dessert. 9/ Bannisters Hotel at Soldiers Point will be celebrating Valentine's Day on their Terrace Bar with Chandon, oysters and cocktail specials. See here for details.
