Tina Belcher is a character on the animated television show Bob's Burgers who is meant to be your average teenage girl. She is voiced by Dan Mintz. Tina struggles with self-confidence, obsesses over boys and likes things like rainbows, butts and horses. Tina has gained a large fanbase for her weirdness and funny one-liners. Here are 5 of the best Tina Belcher episodes:
Season: Season Six Premiered: 15 May 2016 Written By: Nora Smith Directed By: Tyree Dillihay More Info:Click Here Plot: In this episode, Tina begs her parents to send her to an expensive horse camp but Bob and Linda tell her that they cannot afford it. Tina confides in her imaginary horse Jericho (voiced by Paul Rudd) about her desire to go camping and ride a real horse. Jericho is jealous that she doesn't want to keep riding him and insists that he is a real horse. Tina goes to a less expensive camp and discovers that riding a real horse is a lot more difficult in real life. The horse she is given, Clops, is stubborn and disinterested in doing much. Tina tries to bond with Clops, but the bond isn't there. Jericho turns up at horse camp and encourages her to ride him instead. Tina ditches Clops and tells her teacher that she deserves to ride a horse that loves her. She "mounts" Jericho in front of all the other students and their parents and rides him as if she were riding a real horse. Tina is completely unfazed of what other people might think of her in this episode. She does what makes her comfortable and happy and gets the horse camp experience that she wants at the end with Jericho. Her brother, Gene, has one of the best lines in the episode when he shouts "I love my brave weird sister!" Another highlight is Paul Rudd, who is hilarious as the "wild" and very human talking horse Jericho.
2. Ex-Mach Tina
Robot-Tina is attracting the wrong sort of attention
Season: Season Seven Premiered: 8 January 2017 Written By: Greg Thompson Directed By: Brian LoSchiavo More Info:Click Here Plot: In this episode, Tina hurts her ankle and ends up on crutches after she tries to walk in high heels in an effort to impress her crush, Jimmy Jr. Her school enrols her in a program that allows her to telecommute to school through an iPad, that lets her control a robot that she can send to class in her place. Robot-Tina is able to catch the attention of Jimmy Jr. and the two of them finally start to bond on a level that Tina's wanted for ages. Things are going great until Tina realises that Jimmy likes the robot more than her. When Jimmy invites the robot to a gathering on the beach, Tina shows up as the robot at first, before deciding to turn up in person to force Jimmy to choose. I love this episode because it shows Tina's feminist side. Tina knows that she deserves better than how Jimmy treats her in this episode and she is not afraid to ask for more.
3. Tinarannosaurus Wrecks
Tina and Bob have gotten themselves into a lot of trouble
Season: Season 3 Premiered: 2 December 2012 Written By: Jon Schroeder Directed By: Wes Archer More Info: Click Here Plot: "Tinarannosaurus Wrecks" focuses on the relationship between Bob and Tina. In this episode, Tina wrecks the family car after Bob lets her get behind the wheel for a driving lesson and she manages to hit the only other car in the parking lot. Tina is overwhelmed with guilt and insists that Bob leave a note, which he does. Bob decides to tell Linda and the kids that he was driving, which only makes Tina feel worse. After an insurance agent turns up at the door, Bob convinces Tina to lie to him as well. The agent, Chase, seems to believe their story and invites the Belchers to his house for a barbeque. Tina is left alone at the grill, which catches on fire and causes Chase's house to burn down. Tina is now so stricken with guilt, Bob decides to come clean to Chase about the car accident. Chase reveals to him that he knew the truth all along, and then tries to blackmail Bob into committing insurance fraud with him. Tina is utterly adorable in "Tinarannosaurus Wrecks". We see her awkwardness and sense of justice shine in this episode and her scenes with Bob as they struggle to find a way out of the mess they've gotten themselves in are very enjoyable.
Season: Season Nine Premiered: 30 September 2018 Written By: Lizzie Molyneux & Wendy Molyneux Directed By: Ian Hamilton More Info:Click Here Plot: "Just One of the Boyz 4 Now for Now" was the season premiere of season nine and the 151st episode of Bob's Burgers. In this episode, Tina meets a boy in the street named Damon and becomes convinced that he is the love of her life. Damon tells her that he is going to an audition to find the newest member of the boy band Boyz 4 Now. Tina decides to dress up as a boy and attend the audition herself to try and meet him again. Her family accuse her of being boy crazy, which she denies. She thinks she is just boy-focused. Tina goes to the audition and meets several other nice looking boys and struggles to stay focused on finding Damon. Tina has a big imagination and every time she meets a new boy, she likes she immediately pictures herself and him starring in a music video together. What makes this episode so great is Tina imagines herself in four very different music videos with four different boys. Tina eventually admits to herself that she is boy-crazy but decides that is okay. Tina's lack of focus and over-active sex drive in this episode is hilarious and the music videos are the best.

She invites him back to the gymnasium where he jumps on the trampoline and she stands there on the stilts to receive her sky kiss. Tina shows off her determined side in this episode.
