The festivities of Mad March are well on the way now, and apart from the
Adelaide Cup, there's plenty of things to do over the long weekend.

While
Adelaide Fringe shows continue to transform the city and beyond, Adelaide Festival's
Lost Dogs Disco comes to Keith Stephenson Park at Mount Barker. You are welcome to weave through this colourful and growling installation which celebrates the importance of dogs in our lives. Melodies can be heard playing in
Joslin Reserve on Saturday and the party is back along the streets of the
East End.

Don't forget
Ebenezer Night Markets too. You'll have the opportunity to not only shop for all sorts of fashion, jewellery and unique artistic creations but also enjoy live music, food and beverages. If you'd rather shop by the beach, then
Glenelg Sunset Markets is for you. This Sunday will be their final market of the season.

To fruit lovers, autumn is synonymous with pick-your-own apples and figs.
Glen Ewin Estate will open its gates from Thursday while the farm at
Lenswood starts welcoming visitors on Saturday.

Further afield, the people of Barossa are sharing their region's best at the 109th
Tanunda Show. Attractions include a gumboot throwing competition! And, in Murray Bridge, you'll find a range of handmade, homemade and unique items as you enjoy the day out with family at the
Murraylands Fair. This award-winning event brings the community together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Lastly, you might be interested in 'paws'-ing for the
Canine Cup races. Plant 4 Bowden is hosting a dog-running (instead of horse racing) event on Monday. The domesticated mammals will be racing to their human counterparts who are calling out to them at the finish line.
