It is one of those separated little worlds that offer a moment of tranquillity and privacy within the bustling CBD. Top Tea House' s interior is a classic with the vintage elegance expressed through its furniture and decors. The relaxing atmosphere you will experience is further accentuated with their friendly services.

As a girls' meeting place for an afternoon tea it did an excellent job. The atmosphere was great for little laughter and chatter, not to mention my girls felt welcomed with the wait-staff's friendliness and patience when answering all our questions.

The food menu for our high tea package consisted of assorted sandwiches, mini-quiches and varieties of desserts. It is of mid-range quality; though quantity wise they were fairly generous. However the main put-off was the issue with the kitchen in which the staff weren't able to serve us the scones on the day of visit. Other than that they also offer great varieties of tea for the high tea package.

It is the venue to hold a girls-hangout, private business lunch or even a personal chilling place. However don't hold too much expectations towards the food. Another things to be mindful are that reservation within 24hours notice is required for high tea menu, and that the menu detail on their website is not up to date, so it's best to ring in to check with the menu and package.
