How about visiting Santa for a whole hour? Stage Door Dinner Theatre is organising a Christmas pantomime with a unique twist. Santa Claus has now moved into the latest century, having outgrown his home in the North Pole. His next stop is literally out of this world; he tries to conquer a big, lavish space station beyond the stars in the outer galaxy to build his toys for all the good little children down here on Earth. Of course, Santa is not without his enemies.
In this play, it is in the form of evil mad scientist, Ralph and wacky alien, Gamma Gamma conspiring to shut down Christmas forever. Ralph plans to kidnap the captain of Santa's space station, Care Bear, and stop him aligning to the Christmas Star, thus preventing Santa's sleigh from taking off. To see what happens next, bring your kids down to the Stage Door Dinner Theatre, 4 Cintra Road, Brisbane (07) 3216 1115.
Tickets are $15 each and sessions run from 11 am to 12 pm from Saturday 15th December to 24th December. Bring your little ones to catch a glimpse of the big man in red with his lively elves and sing along to festive Christmas carols. An afternoon of fun guaranteed!
