Shop for Christmas and into the new year
Each year, there seem to be more markets and events around the festive season and beyond. This is a list of some of the events that look like they would be very interesting!

This event will be on Saturday 1st December 2018 and it is a monthly event. It is held at Shannon Reserve, Crown Street, Surry Hills, from 8.00 am until 4.00 pm.

There will be more than 60 stalls and a community cafe at the market. They are a must visit market for all ages and you can buy vintage fashion, valuable antiques, books, hand-made beauty products and designer labels. They specialise in handmade, second-hand and recycled goods, and are a truly unique market.

This will ensure that your seafood is fresh and of excellent quality, and the marathon will be on from 5 am Wednesday 23rd December, right through to 5 pm on Christmas Eve. The venue is Bank Street, Pyrmont.

You can enjoy the fun and frenzy of the marathon, stock up on your Christmas supplies, taste some delicious fresh or cooked seafood, or just sit back and watch the world go by from the waterside boardwalk.

For your convenience, there will be additional parking available at the Sydney Secondary College, Pyrmont Bridge Road from 23rd to 24th December.

This will be held on Sunday 23rd December and is great for those last minute things you forgot to buy, or in order to get the freshest food for the festive season. It is situated at 245 Wilson Street, Sydney.

There will be more than 115 stalls of the best seasonal produce, beverages, gifts and delicious food. There will be hams, lamb, poultry, seafood, cheese, fruit and vegetables as well as handmade condiments such as jams, wines, chocolates and more. This is a permanent market and one I really enjoy! It is a factory outlet which is situated on the waterfront. It is not exclusively for Christmas therefore, however it is an outlet that I have always found some fantastic bargains of designer labels.

There are also food outlets here, and it is situated at 19 Roseby Street, Drummoyne. This outlet is Sydney's largest brand outlet and is one of the only destinations in Sydney where you can shop at over 140 premium outlet brands whilst enjoying the spectacular harbour views.

They have brands such as Bally, Coach, Harrolds, Oroton, Armani Outlet, Hugo Boss, Nike, Furla, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Country Road, Peter Alexander, Peter's of Kensington, and more!

You can get even more discounts by getting a visitor's passport from the Guest Services on level two.

There is also 3 hours free parking here as well as free wi-fi.
