Looking for a sporty interior?
Ah, the beautiful Sunshine Coast, famous for its endless sun, sand, surf, pristine beaches, trails, and treks up stunning mountains to behold breathtaking vistas. It is an outdoor sporting paradise - perfect for cycling, running, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, kite surfing, swimming, golf, and team sports. The Sunshine Coast is also the venue for surfing, marathon, triathalon, and surf lifesaving competitions throughout the year.
Exercise is a great way to de-stress. So what happens when you still want to keep fit, but you've had enough of the sun and heat? Most of us know that up to half an hour of sun a day is needed to produce vitamin D in our bodies. But how many of us want to end up wearing our own brand of thick, patterned, crocodile skin in our later years? You know the type I mean . Remember seeing that brown, leathery person walk past you at the beach?... yep, that's the one.
Being sun conscious is important for fair-skinned folks, but it's not always comfortable to cover up with hats and long sleeves when playing sports. So for those who prefer to keep fit without sacrificing their skin, there are plenty of options to participate in indoor sports for both adults and children alike. You may also want to exercise indoors when the weather starts getting chilly in winter time.
