It will be a fun & entertaining month at the Central Coast
The Central Coast region will be showcasing a wide-range of free & ticketed events this May.

There will be an event for everyone with the list below:

1. James Estate Dinner
When: 4 May 2018: From 7pm
Where: Maccoa Restaurant, 1 Ocean View Drive, Terrigal
Cost: $119pp
Details: This event will be bringing a taste of the Hunter Valley to Terrigal. There will be an exquisite 6-course menu designed by Maccoa's Executive Chef, Melissa Dixon, paired with the newest Reserve Wines by James Estate Wines. Click here for the website.

2. Vocal Academy Free Launch
When: 4 May 2018: From 6pm
Where: Stratford Music, 8 /81 Blackwall Rd, Woy Woy
Cost: Free
Details: This event is perfect for the little ones (8-14yrs) who will be invited to join the Vocal Academy. The event will be hosted at Stratford Music and will be a fun and social event with performance opportunities whilst learning popular pieces together. Click here for the website.

3. Drawing a Still Life For Adults
When: 5 May 2018: 10am-12pm
Where: 5 Francis Rd, North Avoca
Cost: $45pp
Details: This workshop event is designed to get beginners started on their creative journey. The class would also suit those wanting to improve their drawing skills. There will be a variety of drawing materials as well as activities. No experience needed. Click here for the website.

4. Opera in the Chapel
When: 5 May 2018: 3pm-5pm
Where: Kantara House, Charlotte Chapel, 431 Avoca Drive, Green Point
Cost: $60pp

5. 4 Villages Walk
When: 6 May 2018: From 10am
Where: Starts at Kincumber through Yattalunga, Saratonga and Davistown.
Cost: $5pp
Details: The four villages of Kincumber, Yattalunga, Saratoga, and Davistown were the hub of major shipbuilding activity from 1829 to 1953 and this event will feature a flat easy paced walk (3.3kms) as you learn all about the fascinating maritime history of the region with informative plaques along the way at each shipyard site. After the walk there will be entertainment, kids Video Competition, food and frivolity at Davistown Waterfront. Click here for the website.

6. Toast a Brain Tumourist Fundraising Dinner
When: 12 May 2018: 6:30pm-11pm
Where: Mingara Recreation Club, Mingara Drive, Tumbi Umbi
Cost: $85pp or $800 table of 10

7. Blues on the Mountain
When: 12 May 2018: From 6pm
Where: Mangrove Mountain Heritage Hall, 4 Waratah Rd, Mangrove Mountain
Cost: Adults: $30pp, Youth (12-16yrs): $10pp & Children under 12yrs free.
Details: This event will feature Australia's king's of Roots Rock and Roll, The Detonators, (Melbourne) and Sydney's Blues and rockabilly stars, That Red Head. There will be food and refreshments available on the night or byo. 8. Live Your Life Expo
When: 12 May 2018: 9am-3pm
Where: Mingara Recreation Club, Event Centre, 12/14 Mingara Drive, Tumbi Umbi
Cost: $20pp non-members & $15pp for Diabetes NSW & ACT Members
Details: This event will be hosted by Diabetes NSW & ACT and it will feature an education event with a full-day program of education for those living with diabetes, sessions, talks, demonstrations, entertainment and more. Click here for the website.

9. Terrigal's Taste of Sri Lanka with Peter Kuruvita
When: 12 May 2018: From 6:30pm
Where: Crowne Plaza Terrigal, Seasalt Restaurant, Pine Tree Lane, Terrigal

15. Fashion Parade Fundraiser for Relay for Life

Details: This event will be a fun-filled night of fabulous fashion and entertainment with a showcase of stunning designer clothing and beautiful jewellery, scarves and handbags that complement the range at Cinta Collections.
