July will be filled with a capital of events in Canberra
This July Canberra will be hosting an array of fun and exciting events ranging from festivals, family-friendly, music, dance, concerts, sports, exhibitions, foodie & wine, cultural events and much more.

The list below features free & ticketed events for all ages and interests:

1. Yalumba Rare & Fine Wine Dinner
When: 5 July 2018: 6pm-8pm
Where: Marble & Grain, 25 Mort St, Braddon
Cost: $135pp
Details: This food & wine event will showcase a three-course dinner paired with six premium wines, and a talk from Jane Ferrari as she tells the story of the heritage and culture of Yalumba and the Barossa and preaches the Yalumba gospel. Click here for the website.

2. Mini-Minties at the Royal Australian Mint
When: 6 July 2018: 10:30am-11:15am
Where: Royal Australian Mint, Education Room, Denison St, Deakin

3. Epic Advanced Dog Sports Extravaganza

4. The Naked Magicians Show
When: 6 & 7 July 2018: 8pm-10pm
Where: Canberra Theatre Centre, London Circuit, Canberra

Details: This cheeky event will feature The Naked Magicians who undoubtedly are the world's funniest and naughtiest magicians. The Show will feature magic, mirth and more than a touch of mayhem as magic is taken to a whole new level. 5. Mimosa Duo: On the tip of a Violin Bow

7. The Royal Hartley High Tea and Fashion Parade
When: 8 July 2018: 2pm-5pm
Where: Albert Hall, Commonwealth Ave, Canberra
Cost: Tickets between $65-$75pp
Details: This event will showcase Victoria's Models along with some Hartley clients who will be wearing the latest winter fashions from the fabulous Birdnest online store. The event will also feature live entertainment, silent auction, photo booth and special tiara raffle to celebrate the Royal Wedding as well as a bar selling champagne, wine and soft drinks. 12. Mid-Winter Nights at Questacon

Where: Questacon- The National Science and Technology Centre, King Edward Terrace, Parkes

13. Christine Anu: In Conservation and Song

Details: Christine Anu will be performing a selection of songs from her acclaimed career as well as sharing personal anecdotes on life, her advocacy work for diversity and inclusion, and the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages in Australian culture. 15. Raiders v North Queensland Cowboys
When: 14 July 2018: Under 20s: 3:10pm, Mounties: 5:15pm & NRL Kick Off: 7:30pm
Where: GIO Stadium, Battye St, Bruce
Cost: Tickets range from $17.50-$32.50pp
Details: The Cowboys prevailed against the Raiders at GIO Stadium in 2017 and the visitors will be back again this July. The green machine will need a big turnout to get them over the line this time round! Click here for the website.

17. Endangered Trees Walk
When: 15 July 2018: 9:30am-11:30am
Where: National Arboretum Canberra, Forest Drive, Village Centre
Cost: Free
Details: This outdoor event will take you through a guided tour walk of the Arboretum's forests of endangered species learning why they are classified as endangered and how the Arboretum is working to conserve the species. 18. Yo Funky Dance Festival

19. Both Sides Now Performance

Details: Singer, songwriter, painter, poet, activist and voice of a generation Joni Mitchell is an essential part of the soundtrack to the twentieth-century and this event will showcase five unique Australian voices whom will come together to express just how much this songwriting legend means to them with this performance. 20. Rum Masterclass
