The list below features events across Adelaide and surrounds:

1. Billy Elliot The Musical
When: Saturday, 28 December 2019-19 January 2020
Where: Adelaide Festival Centre, King William Road, Adelaide
Cost: Tickets range from $65-$149pp
Details: Coming to Adelaide for the very first time, this musical will feature music by the legendary Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, choreography by Peter Darling and direction by Stephen Daldry. The Musical is set in a northern town during the miners' strike of 1984/5, and follows Billy's journey from the boxing ring to ballet class where he discovers a passion for dance that unites his family, inspires his community and changes his life forever. 2. Semaphore Summer Twilight Markets
When: Friday, 3, 10 & 24 January 2020: 6pm-9pm
Where: Semaphore Foreshore, Corner Esplanade and Semaphore Road, Semaphore

3. Cold Chisel – Blood Moon Tour 2020

Where: Glenelg Beach, Glenelg Beach, Glenelg

4. ALMA Afro Latino Fest

5. Adelaide Farmers' Market

Where: The Royal Adelaide Showgrounds, Goodwood Road, Wayville

Details: These South Australia's largest farmers' markets will feature handmade goodies, fresh locally-grown fruit & vegetables, free-range eggs, free-range meats, pure raw honey, handmade bread, artisanal cheeses, award-winning beers & wines, free cooking demonstrations, children's activities, Masterchef Poh stall, and more. 6. FOMO 2020
When: Sunday, 5 January 2020: 12pm-10:30pm
Where: Elder Park, King William Road, Adelaide

Details: There will be plenty of entertainment at this concert event. The lineup will include Canadian producer and genre joyrider Kaytranada, American rap goddess Lizzo, French DJ and producer Madeon, and English track spinner Jax Jones. 7. Wicking Bed Workshop

8. Outdoor Cinema - Chup Chup Ke

Details: This family-friendly outdoor movie screening will feature Chup Chup Ke ("Quietly, Quietly")- it will be screened in Hindi with English subtitles. 10. Introduction to Backyard Beekeeping

Details: This 15yrs event will showcase an introductory lesson into keeping bees with a focus on small scale, backyard beekeeping. 11. Bob 'Bongo' Starkie – Skyhooks Show

13. Introduction to Beekeeping for Kids (and Families)
