This month, Perth offers a range of activities for you and the family to enjoy for FREE! Here are some of the many available. [SECTION]1 December - Rangoli Indian Street Art[/SECTION]



Immerse yourself in Indian culture with the largest, live and continuous making of Indian Street Art. Bright, vibrant colours will decorate the area, with light snacks and beverages available from 4pm onwards at the State Theatre Court Yard. What a better way to get in on the Christmas festivities than with a market, movies and carols! Start the month with some bargain hunting at the Christmas Market from 5pm to 8pm followed by 3 free movies on 1 December.

Over two nights of 15 and 16 December, the True North team and Heathridge Carols will be performing all of your favourite Christmas classics. Family and pre-show entertainment will start at 5.30pm and carols will commence at 6.30pm. To end the night, there will be a brilliant firework display at 8.30pm. F45 is revolutionizing the fitness industry by offering cutting-edge training. The company will be hosting a free F45 Track session at Langley Park. The session is led by F45 Training ambassador Cory George. Spaces are limited so be sure to sign up for the 9am session. Participants must be 16 or over, and an adult must accompany participants 16-18 years of age. Bring along your running shoes , water bottle, sunscreen and a towel for some sweaty fun! It promotes sustainability, the community and healthy living. You'll find surf and lifestyle stalls offering ocean-friendly products from local artisans and designers as well as food trucks, coffee and juice carts. What better way to get into the Christmas spirit with a magical night filled with sing-alongs and some of your favourite classical music hits topped off with an extravagant firework finale. Hosted by Louise Momber and Michael Thomson from Channel 9, the Christmas Symphony features a complete line-up of classic music hits and Christmas favourites by the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.

It may not be the Woolsworth Carols in Sydney but with over 150 performers set to take the stage, this will be Perth's largest outdoor Christmas concert. Families can sing along to Jingle Bells and Silent Night while enjoying the Overture to Bernstein's Candide, Jupiter from Holst's The Planets and Tchaikovsky's ever-popular 1812 Overture and a spectacular firework display. Head over to Mandurah and celebrate the coming of the New Year with family and friends.
