1. Lord Mayor's Christmas Carols
When: 13 December 2014: 5pm-9pm
Where: Brisbane Riverstage, 59 Gardens Point Rd, Brisbane
Details: Join Brisbane's premier and celebrate Christmas with Christmas carols. The event will feature Australia's most renowned singers, entertainers, celebrities and performers.

2. Christmas by Starlight Concert
When: 6 December 2014: from 4pm
Where: Capalaba Regional Park, Pittwin Rd, Capalaba
Details: This family-friendly event is celebrating this Christmas with Christmas carols featuring The Voice Australia Luke Kennedy, Sinfonia Orchestra and plenty more. There will be a fireworks display as well.

3. Christmas in the Air
When: 14 December 2014: 5pm-6pm
Where: Roma Street Parkland, 1 Parkland Boulevard, Brisbane
Details: Join in on the festive fun with the Brisbane Symphonic Band playing carols as they will be joined with singers and dancers.

4. Christmas by the Sea
When: 6 December 2014: 2pm-8pm
Where: Scarborough Beach Park, Landsborough Ave, Scarborough
Details: With plenty things festive this is one event the whole family will love! With market stalls, kiddie rides, jumping castles, an animal farm, Christmas Street Parade, Carols by Candlelight and fireworks display this is one Christmas event to attend.



5. Laidley Christmas Carnival
When: 5 December 2014: from 5pm
Where: Laidley Showgrounds, McGregor Street Entrance, Laidley
Details: A family friendly Christmas event filled with activities, animal farm and pig races, photos with Santa free lollies and ice-blocks, market stalls and food stalls, entertainment and the event will conclude with a fireworks display.

6. Cycling to the Parklands Christmas Ride
When: 18 December 2014: 9:15am-12:15pm
Where: Finsbury Park, 106A Finsbury St, Newmarket
Details: This medium paced 20km ride begins from Finsbury Park across Enoggera Creek past Victoria Park through the bike and pedestrian tunnel to Roma Street Parklands and return. This is one great Christmas event. Do not forget the essentials hat, sunblock, water etc and money if you want to make purchases for a coffee stop. It is a free event; however, if you require a bike it will be $15 for bike hire.

7. Christmas Card Workshop for Adults
When: 16 December 2014: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Where: Grange Library, 79 Evelyn St, Grange
Details: Create stunning yet simple Christmas Cards. This is an adult event and bookings are required - see website for more information.

8. Christmas in Sandgate
When: 6 December 2014: 4pm-9pm
Where: Einbunpin Lagoon Park, 21 Lagoon St, Sandgate
Details: Christmas event filled with entertainment and activities for the whole family. There will be a rock wall, jumping castles, food stalls, lantern making, face painting, prizes for the best dressed and plenty more... there will carols in the park between 6-8pm.

9. Christmas Tea and Trivia
When: 2 December 2014: 10:30am-11:30am
Where: Carina Library, cnr Mayfield Rd & Nyrang St, Carina
Details: Test your general knowledge with trivia questions with a Christmas twist...

10. The Gift- Community Carols
When: 6- 7 December 2014: from 5:30pm
Where: Bray Park Community Church, 10 Youngs Crossing Rd, Bray Park
Details: Night of celebration with fun activities for the kids, food stalls, cake stalls, jumping castle, face painting, Christmas carols and plenty more...

11. Free Christmas Movie Night at Riverbank
When: 6 December 2014: from 6pm
Where: Lofthouse Street Park, Riverbank, Off Market Drive, Caboolture
Details: Christmas takes a spooky turn at Riverbank... Kick off this festive season with an outdoor cinema. There will be light-hearted entertainment for the whole family, free sausage sizzle, popcorn, tea and coffee, soft drinks, snow cones and plenty more and of course the main feature the stop-motion animation! Do not forget to bring along the folding chairs, cushions or picnic blankets.
