"IT'S time to put some SPRING in your step!!"
TEQUILA on the town? Or a brekky OJ before a mountain climb? Either way, I share with you the best reasons to see the best sunrises in the country right here on the Sunshine Coast - whether you are heading home or just getting started!.
NIK'S PIK %%I'M a very lucky girl to have some of the best gal pals in the business. And I've had to call on them a few times, ok yes - if I was to put a number out there, I think would be a safe estimate to put it up there in three figures. The fact that the closest family to my husband and my base here on the Sunshine Coast is six long hours away, means we have come to rely very much on friends who have come through for us so many times now we also call them family.
Just like Cindi sang in the 80s, girls do just want to have fun. But we also just want to cry, lose our marbles, challenge ourselves physically and spiritually, and wander a little off-course sometimes. Queue the gals.
This month I'll be taking my fav girls to the Women's Health Expo - which celebrates all the strengths, flaws and idiosyncrasies that make us women. We will shop (stalls), we will laugh (workshops), we will learn (guest speakers) we will cry (mediums) and we will shop again.
So surprise your BFF whether it's your neighbour, your ex-classmate, your sister or your aunty, with a visit to this year's Women's Health Expo, a two day program commencing Friday September 13. (see below....) %%
