There are often delightful stories and tales about dogs and what they can do and will do. These stories have been told through the centuries starting way back with the early Pharaoh Hounds.
Now you can celebrate the canine connection through this beautifully curated series of heart warming stories about dogs and their people. This will happen at the 2019 Top Dog Film Festival screening for one night only in St Kilda. This festival presents a 2-hour cinematic celebration honouring this bond. There will be scenes filled will delightfully doggy moments of joy and celebration of our beloved canine companions!
Here you will meet dogs from so many walks of life on the big screen at the 2019 Top Dog Film Festival. There will be dogs ranging from the husky dogs of Alaska to the working dogs of Australia. Dog stories are often quite sad even when they are happy ones! They can pull on your heartstrings and this emotion can be quite a strong one for many humans.
You will get to see some four legged heroes, catch the unbreakable bonds and canine best friends that enrich the lives of all those they encounter.

This carefully curated program of short dog related-themed films consists of the most inspirational, heart-warming and entertaining stories all about dogs and their human companions. The movies are made by independent films makers around the world.

The movie will be on at the Astor Theatre, Corner Chapel Street and Dandenong Road, St Kilda at 7.15 pm to 10.00 pm. Adult sales end on 7th August and cost $25.50 Child - up to 15 and under - $16.50

It tours annually and screens over 2 hours of the most inspirational, heart warming and entertaining films related to dogs and their human companions.
