It is a given that Sydney definitely loves the daily grind when it comes to high quality arabica espresso coffee. Life is short, so it is important to drink great coffee. Coffee is the best friend for many office workers, and also is a great social intermediary when catching up with friends. Here are the best places to enjoy quality coffee in Sydney. These establishments also boast great customer service:
1. Rosebud
This trendy locale in Darling Street, Rozelle make great chai lattes and their baristas are super efficient. The relaxed ambience makes for a great hang out spot. More suited for a simple and chic drinking in experience. I go for the cafe latte with the occasional sugar.
2. QVB Jet
The ambience is upbeat and funky. This establishment also makes for a great Friday morning hang out spot. Great coffee hit on this end of town. If you are having coffee alone, this is a great establishment to check and catch up on your diary, or a coffee with a mate or two is also just as great.
3. Bar Lazio
Right near Rosebud at Darling Street, Rozelle, you will find Bar Lazio. Very laid back with a European feel. The service is fairly friendly with a relaxed vibe without any tardiness. I never go here alone, I am always drinking a latte with someone at this establishment.
4. Workshop Espresso
This place is a real gem. A real refreshing caffeine fix right near Kookai at The Galeries Victoria, right opposite the Queen Victoria Building. This establishment is busy yet the coffee never disappoints. Keep coming back. Who needs a coffee machine now?
5. The Little Marionette On the Dale
This best kept secret based in Annandale finally needs to promote themselves and get out of the closet once and for all. They have the most velvety crema in their coffees I have ever tasted anywhere in Sydney. A cute little hang out spot. Need I say more?
6. Bill and Tonis
Great lattes and fantastic staff. You can easily sit outside for at least four hours, especially with great company.
