Most of the best cocktails in Melbourne are created as originals by the bars themselves. Cocktails such as the Bittersweet Lover, Marilyn Monroe, Libre Parade, Jar of Marmalade and Hawaii Five-O are fabulous with some bars making a cocktail on the spot suited to your taste. To have a Tom Collins or such drink is nice but in this list you are not finding some of the best 'unique to Melbourne' drinks our great bars have available.
