Why not go to a market this year to buy all your Christmas presents? You can start buying them early in December and thus avoid any last minute rush with your shopping.

[b]Object Shop Christmas Shopping Night[/b]
This evening of shopping will be held on Wednesday 5th December, from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. The venue will be The Australian Design Centre, 101 - 115 William Street, Sydney.

This festive celebration will have handmade, designer and collectable gifts which have been made by over 80 local and interstate, makers and designers. Some of these producers will actually be in the shop, so you will be able to meet a maker and hear about their creative practices.

Stephanie and Amy from Outer Island will be there to put your names on their products and at no charge! And Rowan of Little Rowan Redhead will also be joining the festivities, helping you to decorate your own Christmas cards and paper with handmade stamps.

There will be a free gift-wrapping service, so come on by and get your presents nicely wrapped.

[b]Mosman Christmas Market[/b]
This will be held on 6th December, from 4:30 pm to 9.00 pm. It will be held at the Mosman Square & Village Green, Spit Junction.

This will be a quality art and craft market located in the heart of one of Sydney's finest shopping precincts. They will have about 150 art and craft stalls, as well as gourmet food, musical entertainment and a lively, exciting atmosphere.

[b]The Big Design Market Sydney 2018[/b]
This will be on 7th, 8th and 9th December from 10.00 am. The venue is Royal Hall Of Industries, 1 Driver Avenue, Moore Park.

The Big Design Market will have some of Australia's best independent designers and makers for 3 huge days of Christmas shopping. There will be more than 200 stallholders selling such things as homewares, textiles, fashion, jewellery, ceramics, stationery, lifestyle products, art prints, books and gifts for children.

There will also be food and drinks, as well as show-bags and free activities for children, plus much more!

Entry fee is $2, with children 12 years and under free. There will also be free parking for the first 2 hours.

[b]Watsons Bay Christmas Twilight Market[/b]
This twilight market will be held on Friday 7th December, from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm. The venue will be at Robertson Park, 22 Military Road, Watsons Bay.

This is on the harbour foreshore at the iconic Watsons Bay. The market will have about 120 quality stalls. Here they will sell everything from high-fashion women's gear, menswear and children's clothes, to toys, gifts, homewares, fine art, ceramics, jewellery, pet accessories, leather-goods and more. There will also be gourmet food with a wide range of excellent foods. For the children, there will be rides and activities.

[b]Glebe Artisans Christmas Market[/b]
This will be on Saturday, 15th December from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. The venue will be Corner of Bridge & Glebe Point Road, Glebe (Foley Park).

If you are looking for gifts that are both unique and special, then come along to this Christmas market.

In Foley Park, there will be more than 60 stallholders, all with their original work for sale. They include ceramics, original fashion, clothing, blankets, knitted and wooden toys for babies and children, jewellery, homewares and more.

The EQ market will be held on Saturday 15th December from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. The venue is the Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park.

Cambridge Markets are hosting the inaugural EQ Christmas markets this year and they will have a varied range of local produce, boutique gifts, homewares, high-end fashion and activities for the entire family.

[b]Christmas Fair[/b]
The Christmas Fair will be held at Hyde Park Barracks Museum, situated at Queens Square, Macquarie Street, Sydney. It will be held on Thursday 14th December, from 4 pm to 9 pm and the cost is by gold coin donation.

This is on for one evening only and the Sydney Living Museum will be hosting it. This will be an evening of festive shopping and entertainment with over 40 stalls featuring Sydney's finest artisan producers, makers and ready-to-eat gourmet food vendors.

There will be scrumptious food, pop up boutique bar, live entertainment and entry to the museum is also free. There will also be a selection of food-related gifts by artisans and craftspeople.

These markets will be held on both 15th and 22nd December from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm. They will be held at Kirribilli Bowling Green, 68 Alfred Street, (cnr Burton St) Kirribilli.

The Kirribilli Markets is one of Sydney's oldest and most popular markets. They will have over 220 stalls selling, new and recycled fashion and accessories, up and coming local fashion designers, home and gift wares, arts and craft, jewellery, plants, gourmet foods and more!

These will be on for 4 days from Monday 10th December, to Friday 14th December, from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm at the Darling Quarter Civic Connector.

If you're on the lookout for some stocking-sized gifts, then these markets are a must to attend. The Christmas Markets will have all kinds of decorations, trinkets and smaller types of gifts which are suitable for the whole family.

[b]The Makers' Nest Design Market[/b]
This market will be on at the Community Hall at Tramsheds, 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge. It will be held on Sunday 16th December 2018 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.

This is the Christmas Summer Edition market and it is returning with goods that are all Australian designed and made.

This special event features a varied range of 50 artisans and their newest products including fashion, jewellery, home-wares and art/Illustration.

There will also be food and drinks here in the food hall, located downstairs, and will also include the fabulous Growers Market.

Entry is $2, with children 12 year of age and under free. There is two hours free parking on the site and Jubilee Park light rail station and bus stops are at the doorstep.
