I've been living in Mosman for about 12 months and there is nothing better than chilling out at a café with a coffee and getting a bit of work done. My three favourite cafes in Mosman are:
1. The Boathouse Balmoral Beach – it's super chilled out, funky, cool and I feel like I'm living the dream whenever I'm in there.
3. Bloom – their tagline is 'the healthy food co.' – it sums this place up perfectly and they do it really well. The food although really healthy is very delicious. My only warning is that it's always busy because it's so good!

Tips for free parking
If you are coming from outside of Mosman and don't have a council free parking sticker then here are some tips for parking.
This café is on the beach front and it can be difficult to find parking at the best of times however, have a look down the side streets running perpendicular off the Esplanade which runs horizontal to the beach. You can often find spots that are two hours free.
If you have someone older with you who can't walk very well drop them off out the front of The Public Dining room restaurant, so they don't have to walk while you find your spot.
Avenue Road Café and Bloom:
Both of these cafes are up in the main drag of Mosman just off Military Road. There is a free council parking lot on Raglan Street where you get two hours free every day and both of these cafes are only about a 1 minute walk from the parking lot. It also has public toilets if you need them!
If you're doing a Sunday breakie session then this parking lot is free all day on Sundays.
