Yeah you got flip flops and thongs the wrong way around we of course say thongs

Leanne thanks for your comment. I call them thongs but I have friends in the country calling them flip flops as well. It’s one of those items we call both names. Like “togs” and “bathers”. Different states in Australia call then different names. The subject is interesting and I’m glad of your comment Susan
