This is definitely one of the cheapest places to find in Sydney, along with our second accommodation on Airbnb. When you are living there, you will be living with two girls named Lara and Sophie. They are, according to the advertisement, very nice and are easy to get along with.

What you will appreciate here is that they have Cable TV, free parking, and the internet at their home. However, you should note that the owner has a cat living on the premises so you should be aware of that.

2. Queenscliff, Sydney.

This is the cheapest Airbnb place to live in. What you are basically getting is a family home to yourself and your guests. Able to fit up to seven people; it comes with three bathrooms and five bedrooms.

Along with that, you get free parking, wireless internet, and this home is perfect for the whole family.

With the house being situated near the village, Freshwater, you get the chance to go to cafes and shop at the local store.

Price of this property to stay each night: $16

3. Apartment in the Eastern Suburbs; Kingsford.

This is a brand new apartment that is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. With a bedroom, bathroom, balcony, and kitchen to yourself for a minimum of one night; it is no wonder that this apartment has received 10 five-star reviews.

given the cleaning fee for most airbnb bookings is like $30 - I'm kinda doubting that $16 is what you pay to stay at these places ...
