Top 6 Restaurants on Port Road
The inaugural ribbon was slashed at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in 1991. Fast forward 20 years and it now enjoys a reputation as Adelaide's premier indoor arena for hosting functions, concerts and sporting events.
Significant upgrades have led to a gradual evolving landscape of eateries and pubs at the top of Port Road. With great public transport options this compact dining precinct is easily accessible and also an ideal location for the complete night out.
Visit the intimate rooms of Suzie Wong's for a dining experience that challenges the norm. Contrary to first impressions, Suzie Wong's offers mostly Eastern European cuisine served with the comforts of home in mind. It's a bit like stopping over at your best friend's house. There is a moment when you realise that a familiar favourite can be served slightly differently but certainly better. Try the antipasto plate for a nibble before the show or linger for while with a hearty casserole.

The Lady Daly
On my sojourns, I'd often walk past this boarded up old building and wonder about stirrings within. Then one day the boards were lifted to reveal a shiny brass and glass interior carefully blended with the old to maintain its former charm. It was a bit like peering into a kaleidoscope. The menu carries on the theme of old versus new and the result is great pub tucker. This hotel is very busy on show nights so booking ahead is recommended.

Thanks for the article. It reminds me I must try out Enzo's at their new location.
From what I remember of the old location, the quality of the food was very good. Being an Italian restaurant though, I was a bit disappointed that they did not have pizza on their menu. I hope this has changed, otherwise I might try the other place you wrote about, Benevento Woodfire Pizzeria.
