St Kilda Festival
1. Festivals
Sunday February 10th is a day of festivities, so whatever your interests, head outside and enjoy free live entertainment, music, dancing, food, and learn about Melbourne's diverse culture at The St Kilda Festival in St Kilda, Chinese New Year Festival in Chinatown, and Japanese Festival in Docklands.

2. Cirque Du Soleil
If you haven't seen these amazingly talented performers showing skills of strength, stamina, precision, and flexibility OVO is your chance. With colourful and magical costumes transporting the audience to a world of insects, energetic live musicians, and captivating performers, you will not want to blink and miss any part of the fast paced two hour show, including flying trapeze acts, balancing acts, and my favourite, a magnificent act of precision by six "ants" juggling large discs on their feet. Incredible show for young and old, which runs until March 24th at Docklands.

3. Free Outdoor Dance Classes
Every Saturday until March 30th The Chinese Museum offers free outdoor dance classes at Cohen Place from 10.30am-11.30am. Learn a new routine each week. Suitable for all ages and no experience required.

Midweek, every Tuesday from 5.30-7pm, until March 26th learn salsa at St Paul's Court, Federation Square. No partner or experience required. Come along and learn from the professional instructors in a fun and energetic environment.

4. $6 before 6
See any film from the Long Play summer season at the The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) before 6pm and pay only $6. Offer available daily until February 3rd.

5. Sustainable Living Festival
This free annual event runs from February 9th-24th at various locations, bringing together individuals, communities, organisations and businesses who share a vision for a sustainable world. The main event, The Big Weekend, held from February 15-17th along River Terrace, Federation Square, features over 100 exhibitors including food stalls, interactive workshops, films and community and home ideas to inspire you to live a more environmentally-friendly lifestyle.
