Many people go to the Gold Coast for relaxing and fun in the sun. Yet some people prefer a more adrenaline-filled holiday and are looking for some great ideas.

What amazing adrenaline filled activities and adrenaline rushes have you joined in on the Gold Coast?

To get the ball rolling here are a few of my suggestions:

1. Ride the Storm:
Sea World has a new ride called The Storm Coaster , where you can hang on tight as you face a 20-metre wave, whilst still on dry land, it is sure to get your heart pumping.



2. Ride the Wave:
White Water World has built Australia's largest water ride called The Green Room - it would be hard not to have your heart racing as you zip through this amazing ride.



3. Get Airborne:
Gold Coast skydive will take you skydiving. Even beginners can join in with a tandem partner. High in the sky, leap out of a plane, landing on a sandy beach. This will surely be an adrenaline rush of a lifetime and perhaps one to cross off your bucket list.



4. Get High:
No trip to the Gold Coast would be complete for an adrenaline junkie without a visit to the Skypoint Observation Tower on top of the iconic Q1 building. Here you will Ascend 230 metres above the sea to get amazing views over the whole Gold Coast.

5. Get Wet:
Gold Coast Jet Ski Safaris will take you on a whitewash adrenaline ride out into the bay and as you watch the city disappear behind, you surely are in for an adrenaline filled time.
