Sydney comes alive in Spring with a range of enjoyable and free festivals and exhibitions. There is something for everyone, with contemporary art, sculpture, music and dance.

String Theory: Focus on Contemporary Australian Art

This exhibition features Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists displaying their craft-based traditions based on their textile knowledge. The event runs from the 16th of August to the 27th of October 2013, at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, at 140 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney.

Sculpture By The Sea - Bondi Exhibition

The 2km coastal walk between Bondi and Tamarama Beach will feature over 100 sculptures from Australian and international artists between the 24th of October and the 10th of November 2013.

Darling Harbour Fiesta

On the 12th and 13th of October 2013, Darling Harbour will host a weekend of Latin music and dance. There will be three outdoor stages and a public open-air dance floor. A Latin American food fair will be available.
