Toast to the Coast
Various wineries throughout the Geelong district will be showcasing their premium wines over the weekend of the Melbourne Cup. Entry to the venues is free, but you will need to purchase a ticket if you want to taste wines along the way.

2013 Uniting Prints
This is a family fun day and dog walk around the Eastern Botanic Gardens, to raise funds and awareness of responsible pet ownership within the community. This is a charity event so all donations are welcome.

Ron Nelson Memorial Junior Fishing Clinic
This is an opportunity for children to learn how to catch a fish, with this event hosted by the Association of Geelong & District Angling Clubs. It is also supported by Barwon Water.
