I find it very hard to sit still, so unless I have a very good reason to stay in one place, I am usually on the go. But a few times I have arrived at a spot not knowing what to expect, only to be presented with the most breathtaking view. During was those times, I give myself permission to sit still and enjoy the moment; okay, maybe a few moments.

Here are some of the most spectacular NSW look-outs that are guaranteed to take your breath away

Well, this article on "Sydney's top 15 lookouts" is pretty light on lookouts in Sydney. Wollongong & Blue Mountains might be marginal, but Byron Bay?!

You don't need to leave Sydney. The view of the city skyline and harbour from Neilsen Park and the Heritage Walk in Rose Bay and the outlook from the Gap at Watson's Bay are at least on a par.
