Are you thinking about going up to Nelson Bay in Port Stephens this summer? Are you looking for a decent café to get your coffee fix each morning?

My family and I moved to the Nelson Bay region over a year ago now, and within that time we have been exploring the area and scoping out the best cafes in town. We have also got to know a few locals, who have pointed us in the right direction of the ones they think have the best coffee, the friendliest staff, the best view and the tastiest menus. We have made it our mission to check them all out, and see which ones we think are the best to go back to time and time again. This is our list of the Top 10 Cafes around Nelson Bay - why don't you try them for yourself when you get here and see if you agree! You really can't go wrong...

This café has a popular outdoor eating area, which has water glimpses from the tables, as well as a cool indoor area with leafy and modern décor. The coffee is divine and the presentation and taste of the food is exceptional. They also have a good range of raw, vegan slices, muffins and cakes at the front counter. There is nothing "little" about this café - it's big on taste! See here for details. For a full article on The Little Nel, see here .
