A lovely garden to spend an hour or two just wandering and relaxing. The Japanese Garden 'Ju Raku En' (when translated its meaning reflects 'the enjoyment of peace and longevity in a public place'). Opened on 21 April 1989 by Mr Yoshiharu Araki from the Brisbane Consul-General of Japan. Covering three hectares on the northern side of USQ Toowoomba,
