The motto of the Toowoomba Gallery is 'art for the heart'. With dozens of artists contributing to their collection in a one-room open space, you can find many vibrant works that may well minister something beautiful to your heart.

Business partners Bec and Niki of Toowoomba met in Amsterdam in 2018 and discovered their mutual love of art. They wanted to share their passion with the world and the result was , which opened in August 2021. The gallery attracts artists and buyers from around the globe.

Shopping in-store or online is easy with prices generally in the higher ranges. You can pick up Nate Hornery's work for around $260, with Pia Kuykhoven's for $1600 to $2100, for example. Emma McNamara's paintings are from $499 to $729. You get the picture. Other artists include award-winning emerging artist Jane Thompson, Jac Puntoriero (emerging artist) and Brisbane-based Adele Bevacqua ($1400 - $2900). Adele's colourful work is also displayed in The Gallery Peregian Beach.

Ceramics are also displayed in the gallery, with artists like Casa Adams (Sydney and NSW themes), Illy's Wall (simplistic Japanese) and Nadia Robertson (owls and patterns). Diaries and T-shirts are also sold.



Bec and Niki's talents extend to interior design and you can select from three interior design packages. For $250, you will receive advice for one room's design including mood, furniture and colour choices and recommended artwork. For $500, throw in on-site visits, photographic renders and a discount on furniture. For $100 per hour, you can receive advice on any number of rooms and a customised package.



is a relaxing visit where you can invest in artwork. Hours: Wed - Fri 10am - 3pm, Mon & Tue by appointment. Entry via Victoria Street, head upstairs from Rowes courtyard, Toowoomba City.
