The , or Tokyo Tocho, is located amongst a jungle of skyscrapers in Shinjuku. This building has 2 observation decks for tourists to go up to for free.

There are two observation decks in the building, one on the north side and one on the south side. Each has a height of 202 metres. Inside the observation towers, there are seats to sit back and look at the view, a café, and a souvenir shop.

The observation towers give you a view of Tokyo from above. See over skyscrapers and buildings all around the city. If you are lucky to go up the towers on a clear day, you are able to see for miles and see sights such as the Tokyo Tower, and even Mount Fuji if you're really lucky. The North observation tower is open until 11pm, which gives you the opportunity to get a great sky view of Tokyo at night.

The North observatory tower is open from 9am-11pm daily, while the southern observatory tower is open from 9am-5:30pm daily.
