Toko is a great Japanese establishment along Oxford Street in Paddington to enjoy a quality Japanese lunch or dinner. It is a great restaurant to eat in prior to seeing a film at the nearby Chauvel cinema.
This sushi train has class and is quite contemporary and abundant; definitely one of Sydney's upmarket sushi trains. It is always a blur as to the exact name of the sushi dishes ordered or rather picked up from the train and enjoyed, yet I am a fan of their miso soup as well as their sashimi. It is easy to be full at the end with the abundance of seaweed and tofu.
Expect great service when you need it, and the staff always top up your green tea or water for no extra charge. There are certain days of the week where all of the sushi plates are available for a set price, and you can stay in touch with this restaurant for frequent e-mail updates on upcoming new products. There was an interesting cocktail you can try here, and once again for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it.
