This cookbook is going to have them asking for seconds
This cookbook offers 50 inventive and simple recipes that include all of the healthful foods you want your kids to eat. Playfully presented and delicious enough that they'll ask you to make the dish over and over again. Don't compromise, get creative!
Hot and Cold Potato
Place a frozen vegetable, such as peas and/or meat at the bottom of the potato. Get creative with your toppings!
Pasta and Rice
Knock Knock Gnocchi This dish is easy to eat and comes from Italy. The recipe may be made in many different ways. Put your thinking cap on and start to get creative! This is a very quick recipe.
A-Maize-Ing Scramble Eggs are a good way to get protein into your kids. This recipe is going to surprise them because it calls for tortilla chips.
PB and J French Toast Warm sandwiches are so comforting. The recipe has plenty of protein from milk and egg.
Black and Blue Soup This cool soup has protein, calcium and lots of tasty berries. Then, yogurt is a staple of many cultures. This soup tastes like dessert!
I like this cookbook but the Beans chapter is awful. I do not think that kids would like the recipes in the Beans chapter. At least, I personally did not like it and am a picky eater.
