Toast to the Coast Festival, 1st and 2nd November 2014

This year the Annual "Toast to the Coast" festival coincides with the Melbourne Cup Weekend. From the 1st to the 2nd November join Geelong in a festival to celebrate Geelong's Wine, Food and Music.

In 2013 there were 25 wineries involved, there was fresh regional produce and live entertainment on offer. The Toast to the Coast Festival has been described as a celebration of Geelong's fine wine.

Geelong is well known for its chardonnay, shiraz and pinot noir. The region also has an increasing array of other, lesser known wines (varietals). The Toast to the Coast weekend offers an opportunity to explore the wine regions of Geelong, and to visit some vineyards that aren't often open to the public.

Following the Toast to the Coast maps you will be able to explore the Bellarine, Surf Coast and the Moorabool Valley and uncover the Geelong wine region's hidden gems.

The Toast to the Coast event is getting bigger and better with each passing year. The 13th year of The Toast to the Coast promises to be a great weekend, not to be missed!
