The Tivoli Drive-In is one of the few venues that offer drive-in movies in Brisbane, and it has recently added a new addition to its range of services – the Tivoli Market Bazaar.

The Tivoli Drive-In is more than just an old-fashioned drive-in, where you watch a movie and go on your way. It offers a large range of other activities for both adults and children alike. The drive-in movie nights are held every Saturday night, and offer a great range of family movies and the latest release films as well. What's best is, until the 3rd of September, it is free to view any and every movie; so take your family and friends to the Tivoli Drive-In for a night to remember. The drive-in movie can be viewed from the comfort of your own car, your favourite chair, or the on-site café lounge. The movie can even be heard through your own car speakers. For this classic experience, and also to see what movies are on, please see the Tivoli Drive-In website.

So what else is there to do at the Tivoli Drive-In? Well, apart from the obvious attraction, there are plenty of other things to see and do. There is an auditorium and an adjacent meeting room perfect for holding your special event or function, fully equipped with audio-visual facilities, and just outside, there are undercover outdoor areas, landscaped gardens, and wide balconies for your convenience. There is also an on-site café that offers a great range of foods and drinks. And don't forget to bring the kids; there is a shaded playground area so your kids don't get left out. The Tivoli Drive-In also has its very own 'Tivoli Discount Club', where members are entitled to special offers and discounts from the café, including lower prices on food, drink, and refreshments. Please visit the website for more details on how to join.

Of course, the latest addition to the Tivoli Drive-In is the Tivoli Market Bazaar. This special market offers a range of fresh produce, baked goods, hot and cold drinks, as well as handmade items and much more. The Tivoli Market Bazaar will be running until December, every Saturday, fortnightly. Stall holders wishing to be part of the Tivoli Market Bazaar can contact Tivoli Drive-In. So for a great night out, take your family and friends to the Tivoli Drive-In, for more than just a movie night. For more information, please visit the website.

Please note that to hire the conference venue or the meeting room for your special event of function, booking ahead of time is essential. Contact Tivoli Drive-In on 0403 874 417 or email The big 30x15m screen is also available for use on your special occasion, to make your event more unique and enjoyable. Tivoli Drive-In operates on your generous contributions; so please make sure you use the facilities to the maximum to ensure the Tivoli Drive-In stays open for the community's benefit, and yours too. So take you and yours to the Tivoli Drive-In for a night to remember.

Why? It's one of the few drive-in's left in Brisbane
When: Every Saturday night (fortnightly)
Where: 50 Coal Road, Chuwar, Qld, 4306
Cost: Free entry (all donations accepted)
I remember going to the drive-ins to see ET when I was a kid. Loved it then, and would really love to take my kids too. Tivoli is a bit of a drive but at least the kids would fall asleep in the car on the way home. :)

I didn't realise the Tivoli Drive-in had so many great features. I haven’t been in forever and forgot how much fun the drive-in’s are. I think I’ve got my next Saturday activity booked. Thank you, it’s a very informative article.
