Circus Du Soleil presents 'Toruk The First Flight', was inspired by James Cameron's Avatar, playing at Adelaide Entertainment Centre from November 16th - 19th. It is written and directed by Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon and choreographed by Tuan Le and Tan Loc.

As guests entered the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, they walked the elite blue carpet and had their photo taken with two of the characters from the show. Inside saw a room of blue guests buying Avatar ears, jumpers and tote bags before moving into the arena. Inside guests logged into The First Flight app and became part of the show.

Toruk: The First Flight uses incredible visual effects to create an unbelievable set. The stage used multimedia to transform between a brown desert, leafy grasslands and volcanic red eruptions of lava. The effects featured steam, water, smoke and flowers. There were constant shadows of Toruk flying over Pandora. It's like nothing you've ever seen before and made guests feel like they had travelled into space to the land of Pandora.

Toruk is a mythical tale set three thousand years before the 2009 Avatar film. The story is narrated by a Na'vi Storyteller and takes you on an epic journey that pushes the boundaries of imagination and possibility. It follows three characters, Ralu, Entu and Tsyal, who have to collect five talismans from five tributes of Pandora to save the who Na'vi people. This story is centred around the Toruk, which is a species of airborne predator that the Navi fear.

The prophecy states the one with the purest heart, must do what no Na'vi has done before; use five talismans together to tame the untamed beast.

It features the traditional Circus aerial acrobatics but this show is so much more than that. Its an visual experience that keeps you at the edge of your seat. Its bright, high energy entertainment at its best.

The production stars Gabriel Christo & Jeremiah Hughes as Ralu, Daniel Crisp & Guillaume Paquin as Entu, Giulia Piolanti & Zoé Sabattié as Tsyal, Raymond O'Neill as The Anurai Storyteller and Priscilia Le Foll as The Shaman.

Don't miss your chance to see this amazing show come to life at Adelaide Entertainment Centre - 98 Port Road, Hindmarsh from November 17th - 19th.
