Decadent Italian dessert served in festival friendly forms
Italian duo Cristina and Fabrizio take coffee and dessert street food to another level by serving up Italian coffees, tea, hot chocolate, shaved ice drinks, and their dessert speciality, tiramisu. This light and creamy 100% homemade dessert comprises of coffee infused ladyfinger biscuits, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.

What's unique about Tiramisu' Lift Me Up's tiramisu? It's served in festival easy forms including in a cup, waffle, bun, tray, or on a stick! Even better, it's available in a variety of tempting flavours including Nutella, Oreo, Matcha, Salted Caramel, White Chocolate and Coconut, Bounty, Snickers, Chilli Dark Chocolate, Strawberry, Pina Colada, Cinnamon & Almond and Oreo & Nutella - as well as the original Classico. Check out the entire range on their website.

We were recommended to try the Classico and the vegan soy-based Classico tiramisu in a cup. The Classico had a subtle coffee flavour in the layers of ladyfingers and lots of creamy and rich mascarpone. The vegan Classico cup had a strong soy flavour, but we were thrilled to see the option on the menu! Cups are available as small, regular, or large serves, with the small serving being enough to share between two. Tiramisu is sweet, so best accompanied with a strong expresso, which you can conveniently order at the same location.

We also tried the latest creation, made for the super sweet-toothed, tiramisu on a stick. More decadent than the Classico cup, the sweet mascarpone (tastes almost like condensed milk) is encased in a dark chocolate shell dusted with cocoa, with a surprise coffee soaked ladyfinger biscuit inside. How divine does this look? Trust me, choose this option but don't forget the espresso alongside!
