If you haven't been to Timezone in Fremantle lately, things have changed. Timezone has clearly had a big revamp and is now a place for the whole family. Timezone in Fremantle is on the main strip surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs and is a fabulous starting point for families wanting a day out in the historical town.



Some of the upgraded features of the Fremantle Timezone include Bumper Cars, Touchscreen games, such as Fruit Ninja, interactive games, like Guitar Hero, and a whole section of Timezone for the kids complete with kid sized Air Hockey.



Timezone has kept the traditional claw games, racing games and shooting games and have added some more 'adult' games as well.

When I took my kids on the weekend I took a squizz at the Party Room as having a kids' party here would be great fun, and the price wasn't too bad starting from $16 per child and that gets them 1 hour of play, 150 pre-loaded tickets, and unlimited red and yellow swipe games each. The Party Room was clean and located in the children's game sections at the rear of Timezone.





Spending time here doesn't have to be that expensive with great deals on powercards, I found that the $12 kids' card lasted a good hour or so with my 5 year old. My 8 year old was more enthusiastic, and with $20 loaded onto a powercard shared with his dad they went on a ticket winning spree. The prizes at the counter are pretty decent and reasonably priced (paying for them in tickets of course), and my kids were happy to be going home with slime, bubbles and slinkies.
