Thug Kitchen 101 – Fast as F*** by Michelle and Matt of the Thug Kitchen is the next instalment from the number one New York Times bestsellers. The recipes are designed to be faster, cheaper and healthier than getting takeaway.



The cookbook contains over one hundred recipes which promise to be quicker than waiting for delivery with most taking five to fifteen minutes. The recipes are based on eating healthy on a vegan diet. The book is a love letter to California with quirky references to a road trip. The book is written in a hip modern style but is littered with swear words.



Be tempted by recipes for maple roasted sweet potatoes, firecracker salad, taco salad bowls, ginger curry noodle soup, stovetop lasagna and crispy spaghetti pie. We enjoyed a dinner of skillet beer chilli mac and I'm looking forward to baking a wine cake on the weekend.

There is an entertaining trailer for the original cookbook on YouTube but it comes with a swear warning.
Thug Kitchen 101 is a fun cookbook which will appeal to those following a vegan lifestyle or wanting to eat more healthy and want quick healthy meals over takeaway.
