I was quite looking forward to seeing this movie which I had seen advertised at the movies but was surprised that not all cinemas were showing it.

I saw the movie last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It more or less from the first 5 minutes had an impact on the viewer and the pace just got better. The plot was exciting, the characters believable, and the situations they all found themselves in were more than plausible, and what fire can do was just thrilling and a little scary to watch.

Without giving you the whole plot, it is 2 bad guys and I can safely say 2 very bad guys, who are chasing down a 10-year-old boy. The boy is found by a forest firefighter (Angelina Jolie), who is posted in a watchtower nearby and so the chase begins.

Well, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It flowed well all the way through with no boring or unbelievable bits that I normally roll my eyes at. A good 4 out of 5 for me. And the 4 ladies behind us were quite audible in the scarier bits, or in telling the boy to "run, run" so I believe they enjoyed it too.
