What an amazing and delicious treat this dockside pub is. Complete with open log fireplace, high ceilings, fantastic service you cannot go wrong.



We ordered the seafood platter, salmon with coconut rice, veggies and chips for 3 and were stuffed!

The wine list is full of local favourites and perfect New Zealand drops. We settled on a Chardonnay having picked a seafood fare.



The chips - crunchy and cooked to perfection. Although gluten-free types, be aware - they are not for you!

The platter- scallops, whitebait fishcakes, prawns, calamari, salad.

Salmon- the show stopper and what I would go for. Soft and cooked to perfection served on a bed of ever so rich coconut rice, slithered cucumber and tossed coriander.

We dared not venture to dessert however, thought we better take a look and the dark chocolate or banana fritter sounded delicious.

Highly recommended and we'll be back!
