Port Melbourne. Station pier. Sunny weather. You know the picture well.

Third Wave Cafe has apparently gone through a few changes lately and boasts a Russian influence on some of its food items. Modern decor inside accompanied by ample outdoor seating. Coffee, focaccias, juices, salads, you know the drill.
Brazil Blue. Espresso.
The espresso was nice and hot, just the way all espressos should be. Smooth and syrupy texture with a little creaminess, it's body wasn't as full as I had hoped, but what can you do.
