Nutritional medicine, yoga and pilates can help heal body and mind
Think Pink, Live Green aims to inform women about the effects that healthier living may have on reducing the cancer risk, assisting in treatment, and promoting recovery.

Guest speakers will include Dr Valerie Cole, Dr Shirley McIlvenny, Naturopath Janet Schloss, and cancer survivor Libby Weston.

Dr Valerie Cole MBBS, Dip App Sc (Nutritional Medicine) runs an holistic medical practice in Robina called Natural Vibrant Health Integrated Medical Centre and is the author of "Claim your Vibrant Health Naturally".

Professor Dr Shirley Mcilvenny MD, MBBCh, FRAGP, FRCGP(UK) has an educational background and heads up a local health coaching and training company called The Food Coach Institute.

Janet Schloss PhD is a Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist, who has been practicing for over 13 years. Janet is a PhD Scholar with the Centre of Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine with the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland.

Cancer survivor Libby Weston discovered first-hand that something was missing in the cancer treatment programs, so she designed a specific program called PINK IQ (incorporating Body IQ) Smarter Breast Wellness.

This special event will include healthy cooking demonstrations, yoga and pilates instruction. A host of other exhibitors will showcase everything from specialty clothing (LymphDonna) and therapeutic-grade essential oils (doTerra), to green-living products for around the home.

Dr Marisa Weiss M.D. is an American breast cancer oncologist and the founder, president, and guiding force behind - an online resource for information on breast health and breast cancer.
