I realized today while cooking my morning breakfast just how long each one is, It felt as if a decade had past but in reality it was a mere three minutes.
I became curious and simply wondered of the many things we could all accomplish with a mere 10 minutes of our precious day. A new Idea could have flourished, A satisfying meal could of been cooked, time with our families were possible. The list is limitless.
We spend hours at our faced-paced lives working and when given the spectacular 10minutes for ourselves we feel as though we have accomplished nothing, simply going to bed and wishing to be more productive the next day.
This happens to me frequently after a long day and I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is why below I have created a list of my personal things we can accomplish in 10 minutes.
20 things we can accomplish in 10 minutes:
1. Learn a new skill
It does not matter if your goal is to learn Spanish or write with your left hand, in 10 minutes each day your goal can be accomplished within a month
2. Take a soothing shower
There's nothing better than a soothing shower to relax our bodies after a long days work.
3. Converse someone
Socialize with work mates, your mother or partner. Or you can try listening to someone without distracting or interrupting
Pull some weeds from the garden, plant a seedling, sand the edge of the door that keeps sticking and has been driving everybody mad for the past year, start a diary, start a "holiday " file, and perhaps a bit cheeky, but 10 minutes a day to brush up on the principles of spelling and grammar.
I love this article and perfect for all those people who say they have "no spare time". I am using my 10 minutes a day to re organise my filing cabinet. After that is done I will use it to keep on top of emails. As another reader pointed out, it may go beyond the 10 minutes - so much the better to achieve new things!
