20 Things You Can Accomplish in 10 Minutes

In total there are 1440 minutes a day.
I realized today while cooking my morning breakfast just how long each one is, It felt as if a decade had past but in reality it was a mere three minutes.
I became curious and simply wondered of the many things we could all accomplish with a mere 10 minutes of our precious day. A new Idea could have flourished, A satisfying meal could of been cooked, time with our families were possible. The list is limitless.
We spend hours at our faced-paced lives working and when given the spectacular 10minutes for ourselves we feel as though we have accomplished nothing, simply going to bed and wishing to be more productive the next day.
This happens to me frequently after a long day and I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is why below I have created a list of my personal things we can accomplish in 10 minutes.
20 things we can accomplish in 10 minutes:
1. Learn a new skill
It does not matter if your goal is to learn Spanish or write with your left hand, in 10 minutes each day your goal can be accomplished within a month
2. Take a soothing shower
There's nothing better than a soothing shower to relax our bodies after a long days work.
3. Converse someone
Socialize with work mates, your mother or partner. Or you can try listening to someone without distracting or interrupting
4. Write a letter to your future self.

Writing a letter to your future[/LINK] is a great way to revise and set goals.
5. Clean your car.
6. Go out and take some photos.
You don't have to be a professional to enjoy some happy snaps taken by the one and only you.
7. Take a beauty break
If your a woman you'll understand that 10 minutes filing your nails or painting your toes goes a long way to feeling confident about yourself and being better prepared for the day.
8. Meditate
Meditating can be a calm and relaxing and an excellent way to relive stress and enjoy some silence. If you really enjoy it you can even book a
meditation retreat.
9. burn 300 calories
by doing 10 minute CrossFit workouts you can actually burn more than 300 calories.
10. Dance
I find that simply turning on some head banging music and jumping around my home is an amazingly enjoyable way to relieve stress although I'd never let anyone catch me..
11. Read a chapter of a book
12. Get an unpleasant task out of the way.
Personally nothing feels better than having nothing in my way or weighing my brain down before going to bed. Doing those nasty chores first provides more time for yourself and you'll feel great after!

14. Spend time with your kids.
Taking 10 minutes a day from your computer or work and spending it with kids will increase a lifetime bond and reduces chances of health issues in children.
