Things To Do In Kings Park

[ADVERT]Most people who do not have much knowledge about Kings Park may think that it is just a nice place to spend quality time with the family and friends. Turns out, this is not the only activity one can do at this wonderful location.

On Sunday afternoon, a couple of friends and I decided to just relax in Kings Park and to discover what other activities were available. We actually found quite a few things to do there.

If you are interested in craft and design, the Aspects of Kings Park showcase store is the place for you. This shop provides arguably some of the best artwork available throughout Perth.


There is also the Lottery West Federation Walkway which provides visitors with spectacular views of Perth's skylines, and the Botanic Garden, a wonderful spot to simply relax and just admire the collection of Western Australian plants.


The Synergy Parkland seems to be one of, if not the most, popular places in Kings Park. I believe that this is the case because it attracts many families to have picnics or barbecues there while providing a great environment for exploration. If one is interested in the history if Kings Park, then the Free Guided Walk is my suggestion. I've always been a fan of history and I learnt quite a lot from the volunteers.

All in all, Kings Park provided my friends and I with a wonderful Sunday afternoon. If you are the type of person who enjoys relaxation and tranquility, then this is the place for you.
