Following the huge success of the inaugral event in 2016, The Women's Adventure Expo returns to Howie Complex, Sydney Showgrounds with a bigger and better program of the world's best adventure retailers, interactive workshops, enlightening talks, hands-on activities and so much more!
This unique one-day extravaganza will take place on Sunday 3rd December 2017 and has a special focus on women's needs. Come down with the family from 9.30am and spend a fun-filled day taking part in a diverse range of interactive skills workshops! Also, NEW to this year is a networking area, where like-minded women can plan adventures with newly found adventure buddies or explore the opportunity to find a job in the industry.
Throughout the day, you can also catch special guest speakers such as Heather Ellis, author of one of Amazon's top-selling books this year Ubuntu: One Woman's Motorcycle Odyssey Across Africa, Lisa Blair, who became the first woman to sail solo and unassisted around Antarctica when she reached Albany WA, Angie Scarth-Johnson, a self-taught climber and many more inspiring women!
