Budding artists will benefit from the wisdom of someone who has been there before at the White Cube Workshop. The one day intensive session is hosted by artist Ilona Nelson, whose exhibitions have been featured in a plethora of Melbourne publications including Beat, Harper's Bazaar and Art Guide. Nelson will reveal how she got her work featured in these high profile magazines and will tell you how you can do it too.
The first ever White Cube Workshop will be running on Saturday the first of December. The seven hour day will see Nelson impart her wisdom garnered over fifteen years of exhibiting her artwork onto up-and-coming artists keen to establish exhibitions of their own.

The White Cube Workshop covers the basics of exhibiting your artwork, covering aspects such as securing an exhibition space, putting together your proposal and applying for grants.
The session costs $250 per person, but join Nelson's monthly newsletter mailing list for a discount. Payment is to be made prior to the event through Ilona's website. The workshop is fairly intimate with only ten places are available, ensuring that each participant receives personal advice. Participants are encouraged to bring along their portfolio which Nelson will look over and offer advice.
Following the workshop, each participant will be invited to join Nelson's mentoring group for ongoing support with their art career.
