Make sure you don't get bitten or you'll turn into 1 of them
You all have either watched or at least heard of AMC's hit show The Walking Dead. But have you played the epic game version yet? If you answered no, then you're missing out.

Telltale Games brings to you a fantastic, graphic, adventure-themed game - The Walking Dead - based on Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead comic book series.

Gameplay and Setting
There are 5 episodes to this game - each of which is interconnected with the choices that you make during the game. It is a clever idea as the storyline changes based on your personal decisions.

The Walking Dead game is based in a world after the onset of the zombie apocalypse in Georgia.

There are several characters that appear during the story, and be prepared not to get too attached to any/all of them. The storyline of this game is purely dynamic, which makes it unpredictable and exciting at all corners.

The Walking Dead characters

This game encompasses an ensemble of characters, each emerging from a range of different backgrounds, making this game highly diverse and dynamic. There are characters that are with you from the very beginning, while others are introduced as the adventure progresses.

For the purposes of this review, I have decided to talk about the two characters who are the protagonists of this game:

Lee Everett is voiced by Dave Fennoy, and is the primary protagonist of the Walking Dead. He is a former university professor who was convicted for killing a state senator who was sleeping with his wife.

Lee Everett and Clementine

Clementine (voiced by Melissa Hutchinson) is an 8 year old girl whose parents went away to Savannah for the weekend, but haven't returned. Lee ends up in an encounter where he befriends Clementine and becomes a father figure to her.

Game Platforms
The Walking Dead is available on a variety of platforms:
XBox 360
PlayStation 3
Microsoft Windows
PlayStation Vita system

Overall Rating
Personally, I'd say this game fares out really well and earns an 8.5/10 from me.

The cinematography of this game astounds me with its clarity - there are times when one forgets that it's just a game.

The Walking Dead art

The characters are cell-shaded, which makes them appealing to the eye - this goes to show that the art is a major component that adds to the success of this game.

The Walking Dead customization feature

Perhaps the best element of this game would have to be the fact that it's your story. Every word your character utters, every action he performs, every decision it makes will affect the outcome throughout the game. The developers of this game have prepared the game to deal with a multitude of variables, which makes this an amazing game to play and re-play, to see how things would pan out with one different utterance.

Trust me - this is one game you absolutely want to play without a doubt.
