The content is completely about tea, and stresses the use of green, black and white, not herbal and teaches to not only drink tea but also cook with tea. Drink unsweetened tea all day! The author's style is motivating and inspiring. I learned to not use sugar in my iced tea, even when craving a Southern Sweet Tea. Maybe every once in a while I can splurge!

I liked the fact that almost everyone cannot afford tea bags, making this diet free for any person. I think people would believe this is doable, especially if poor, obese and looking for that pot of gold! Let's drink and eat to weight loss and good health!
