A Roald Dahl classic comes to the stage
Are you looking for something fun and artistic to entertain the kids? The Brisbane Arts Theatre could have the answer.
Who are the Twits?
Those smelly, ugly and mean spirited characters, The Twits, will be brought to life by the Brisbane Arts Theatre this summer in a live theatrical experience.
With characters like Mr. and Mrs. Twit and the Muggle-Wumps, dive into a crazy adventure in their magically revolting world. This classic sees The Twits play mean jokes on each other, catching innocent birds to put in their Bird Pies, and making their caged monkeys, the Muggle-Wumps, stand on their heads all day.
The Twits are the literary creation of British novelist, short story writer, poet, screenwriter, and fighter pilot Roald Dahl, who sold more than 250 million copies worldwide.
You can catch The Twits at Brisbane Arts Theatre from 25 January 2020 until 11 April 2020. This children's production includes the April school holidays.
Tickets range from $16-20.
