The weekend Mexico experience
From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, 13 March 2021, the Dust Temple will be the Traveller's Table - a culinary event and night out to remember. Costing $120 per person, this is based on the longing to travel and experience the unfamiliar. The first stop is Mexico or named One Way to Oaxaca.
In the Dust Temple Courtyard, this night hosts a family-based night out as well as for couples or groups of friends.
On the itinerary is a feasting menu, arrival cocktail and a night of entertainment. With a feasting menu by Clay Cantina delivering the authentic Oaxacan experience, you will find that the Oaxacan table recreates an experience from the vibrant street markets of Oaxaca to villages of the valleys.
The culinary experience explores a surprising selection of delicacies that are enjoyed with guacamole, salsas and your welcome cocktail. With the Oaxacan market favourite Tlayudas Mexico's indigenous answer to pizza and En la casa familia a classic Barbacoa family feasting tradition.
Optional drinks package at $55pp (includes beer, wine & a selected festive drink)
